山区乡村小学教师培养优良传统的传承与创新策略 被引量:2

摘要 培养山区乡村小学教师的中师已退出教育历史舞台。但中师面向乡村小学办学的优良传统和宝贵经验值得我们重新审视:严把招生关,确保生源质量;严格的教学管理制度与质量监控体系;综合化培养的全科型课程体系设置;加强与小学的紧密联系,实践教学扎实有效、浓厚的小学教育文化氛围等。地方高校小学教师培养在传承中师"师范性"基础上,创新山区乡村小学教师培养模式:在"综合性"基础上提升"专业性";在"师范性"基础上提升"学术性";高校与地方小学协同培养相结合;传统课堂与"互联网+"课堂相结合,以期培养"下得去、留得住、教得好"的山区乡村小学教师。 The secondary normal schools training primary school teachers in mountainous areas have withdrawn from the history stage of education, but its fine teaching traditions for mountainous primary schools and valuable experiences worth re - examining : strict enrollment to ensure the quality of the students ; strict teaching management system and monitoring quality system ; comprehensive training of all the curriculums ; enhancing the close rela- tionship with primary schools; practicing teaching is firmly effective with strong culture atmosphere of primary school education and so on. On the basis of the secondary normal school teaching core : "teacher training", current primary school teacher training in local colleges applies the innovating training mode of rural primary school teach- ers: advancing their "specialty" on the basis of "comprehensiveness" ; advancing their "teaching ability" on the basis of "academic ability" ; training the teachers by colleges and local primary schools with traditional classroom teaching plus "Intemet" in the hope of cultivating the primary school teachers for mountainous areas who can "go, stay, and teach well".
