摘要
当前,全社会宏观就业压力增大,高校毕业生就业形势仍复杂严峻,民族地区新建本科院校大学生要想从就业困境中脱颖而出,得到用人单位的青睐,就必须培养核心竞争力。本文在调查问卷的基础上,分析了民族地区新建本科院校大学生核心竞争力状况及其影响因素,提出培养和提升民族地区新建本科院校大学生核心竞争力的对策。
At present, with the increase of social employment pressure, the employment situation of college graduates is still complex and severe. If students from new undergraduate colleges in minority areas want to come tothe fore and win the employing units'favor, they should cultivate the core competence. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the present situation of the core competence of students from new undergraduate collegesand its influencing factors, and then puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate and enhance their core competence.
