On the CCP's Cultivation of Leadership among Guangxi Ethnic Minorities in Yan'an

延安时期,由于国内的民族矛盾和阶级矛盾激化,中国共产党的干部队伍数量和质量都急需全面提升,在延安的广西少数民族干部的马克思主义理论修养和文化水平也有待加强,中共中央先后选送他们到中国人民抗日军事政治大学、中央党校、专门学校学习,并通过在职学习和实践锻炼相结合等方式,提高他们的理论水平和实践能力,并逐步成长为党和军队的中、高级领导干部,丰富了中国共产党培养少数民族干部的经验。

During the Yan＇ an Period （1935 -1948）, the CCP Central Committee＇s cultivation of leadership among Guangxi ethnic minorities in Yan＇an was mainly focused on training medium and high ranking militarycommanders and officials. By being sent to and trained in the Chinese People＇ s Anti - Japanese Military and Political University, or the Central Party School, or special academies, or through a combination of in - service trainingand practice, prospective leaders from Guangxi, with their theoretical knowledge and practical skills improved, gradually grew into medium and high ranking officials both in the party and in the army. In the meantime, rich ex-perience was gained on the part of the CCP regarding the cultivation of leadership among ethnic minorities.
