摘要
新形势下,广大职工会员对工会工作者提出了新的要求,进而工会工作者提高职业知识能力就出现了新的需求。工会工作者职业知识能力分为初级和高级两个级别,每级均包括应知(理论)和应会(技能)两部分。通过问卷调查发现,工会工作者对工会职业知识体系内容掌握的量化结果总体得分只有59.73分,这就形成了工会工作者对工会职业知识的总需求。为满足工会工作者的职业知识需求,提出两个建议,其一,整合资源,优化配置,工会干部培训与国家职业资格培训考证相结合,推动工会干部职业化进程;其二,"以需定教、按需施教",突出工作需求和岗位需求,丰富和完善工会干部教育培训内容和形式。
Under the new situation, the workers and staff numbers put forward new requirements to trade union staff, so trade union staff" propose the new demand on improving their professional knowledge and skills. The professional knowledge and skills of trade union staff are divided into primary and senior levels: Each level includes the theory that should be mastered and the skills that should be acquired. Through a questionnaire survey, it is found that the overall score of trade union staff on their professional knowledge system is only 59.73 points. It forms the general demand of professional knowledge of the trade union staff. In order to meet their demand on professional knowledge, two suggestions are proposed. Firstly, resources should be integrated and allocation should be optimized, the training of trade union cadres and national occupational qualification training should be combined, thoroughly prompt the occupational process of trade union cadres. Secondly, training plan should be worked out as per the training demand, training should be implemented as per the training demand. Working requirements and job requirements should be highlighted, thus enrich and optimize the education and training content and form.
