摘要
本文以人力资源价值链模型为主要理论基石,对北京市职工服务中心(北京市技术交流中心)人力资源管理体系中职位描述、职位评价与任职资格评价体系的构建进行初步研究,以期进一步准确定位价值、科学评价价值、合理分配价值,助推人力资源管理发挥战略管理的积极作用,提高公益性职工服务组织的竞争力。同时,为其他公益性组织或非营利组织人力资源管理体系的职位描述与职位评价提供借鉴。
Based on the human resource value chain model theory, a study was conveyed on the construction of job description, job evaluation and qualification evaluation system of Beijing Workers Service Center(Beijing Technology Exchange Center). In order to identify value accurately, evaluate value scientifically and distribute value in a rational manner, boost the positive strategy management function of human resource and improve the competitiveness of service organizations of public welfare. Meanwhile, this paper provides reference to the job description and job evaluation management system of other public welfare organizations and nonprofit organizations.
