摘要
作为北京市经济总量最大的区域,朝阳区劳动争议案件所反映的情况和特点成为首都劳动关系状况的一个缩影。近五年来,朝阳区人民法院受理的劳动争议案件数量处于高位运行状态,并呈现明显的区域特征。劳动者诉求多集中在工资、加班费和经济补偿等问题,劳动争议案件审判态势原因复杂多元。相关法律法规不够完善、行业管理不够规范、发挥劳动争议调解机制作用不够充分等影响劳动关系和谐稳定的问题的存在导致劳动争议时有发生。因此,当前构建和谐劳动关系,推进区域经济健康快速发展,仍需社会各方的积极参与和协同努力。
As the largest economic region in Beijing, the situation and character that Chaoyang district labor dispute cases reflect can be a miniature of the status of the labor relationship of the capital. In the past five years, the amount of labor distribute cases that Chaoyang District processed remained at high level and presented obvious regional characteristics. The demands of the employees mostly concentrated in wages, overtime and economic compensation, etc. Labor disputes happens every now and then, because of the complex and diverse situation and causation, relevant laws and regulations are not well established, industry management is not standardized, the role of labor distribute mediation mechanism is not well played and the harmonious and stability of labor relations are influenced. Therefore, to establish harmonious labor relations, promote the health and rapid development of reginal economic currently, the active participation and joint effort from all parties in the society are still needed.
