Combined with the related practice in libraries in China,the paper analyzes the influence of the four dimensions of innovation and the concept of library＋ on the work of library from the dimensions of conception,practice,construction and achievements.It is believed that the four dimensions of innovation and the concept of library＋ are instructive to the renewal of the conception and the practical exploration of librarians,and the working achievements of the library.
