为进一步探求师范院校"教师教育"的发展策略,从当前中国教师教育的现状和师范院校教师教育的建构与落实等方面展开研究。师范院校只有积极响应并落实国家"教师教育"政策,加强与中小学的合作发展,不断提高教师自身素质,才能保证"国家-教师-教育""三位一体"协同培养新机制的有效落实。

In order to explore strategies for the development of teacher education in teachers’colleges, the paper analyzes the current situation of teacher education in China and the establishment and the carry-ing out of teacher education in teachers’colleges.Only by actively responding and carrying out the national policy of teacher education and strengthening the cooperation with primary and high schools to improve the quality of teachers,can the new system of a three-in-one collaborative training of nation-teacher-education be guaranteed in teachers’colleges.
