摘要
以成熟寒兰种子为试验材料,对寒兰种子的生物学特性与活力、无菌萌发特性及其根状茎分化技术进行研究。结果表明:寒兰种子生活力较高,平均值为78.22%;其萌发率诱导的最佳培养基配方为:1/4 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 3 mg/L,p H值5.8,萌发率高达86.87%;寒兰根状茎诱导的最佳培养基配方为:1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L,p H值5.8,根状茎诱导率93.33%。
Taking mature seeds of Cymbidium kanran Makino as material, the biological characteristics, vitality, aseptiegermination characteristics and the differentiation of rhizomes were discussed. The result showed that the seed vitality of C. kanran is relatively high with the value of 78.22%; the optimum medium for germination is 1/4 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 3 mg/L (pH 5,8), with the germination rate of 86.87%; the optimum medium for rhizome differentiation is 1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L (Ph 5.8), with the differentiation rate of 93.33%.
