脑梗死患者外周血与颈动脉斑块内脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2表达的相关性 被引量:3

The relationship between Lp-PLA2 expression in peripheral blood and carotid plaques of cerebral infarction patients

摘要 目的探讨外周血与颈动脉斑块内脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)表达的相关性。方法选择颈内动脉系动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者37例为研究对象,采用彩色多普勒超声对斑块类型进行划定,采用免疫增强比浊法测定血浆和斑块组织提取物中Lp-PLA2含量后行相关性分析。结果 F检验显示,斑块类型对血浆Lp-PLA2水平有影响(P<0.05)。进一步采用SNK-q检验显示,Lp-PLA2水平变化关系:无斑块组<稳定粥样斑块组<不稳定粥样斑块组,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死患者外周血与颈动脉斑块内Lp-PLA2表达相关性对比发现,2个部位该蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.831,P=0.008)。结论 Lp-PLA2可能是颈动脉不稳定粥样斑块的临床标志物,外周血与颈动脉斑块内Lp-PLA2表达呈线性正相关。 Objective To explore the association between Lp-PLA2 expression in peripheral blood and carotid plaques of cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 37 carotid artery atheroselerosis of the acute cerebral infarction(ACI) patients were enrolled as the research objects. The color Doppler ultrasound was used to discriminate the type of these plaques. In addi don,immune enhancement turbidimetry was applied to examine the expression of Lp-PLA2 in peripheral blood and carotid plaques. Results F-test showed that the Lp-PLA2 expression was influenced by the type of plaque(P〈0.05). In addition, SNK-q test revealed the concentration changes of Lp-PLA2; cerebral infarction without plaque group〈stable atherornatous plaque group〈unstable carotid atheromatous plaque group(P〈0.05). In addition, we also compared the relationship between Lp-PLA2 expression in peripheral blood and carotid plaques and uncovered a linear positive correlation(r= 0. 831 ,P= 0. 008). Conclusion Our results demonstrate that Lp-PLA2 was a clinical biomarker for the unstable carotid atheromatous plaque,and there is a linear positive correlation between the Lp-PLA2 expression in peripheral blood and carotid plaques.
