With the introduction of the concept of the teaching and learning model based on the flipped classroom and its advantages over the traditional teaching and learning models, this dissertation provides concrete descriptions tor different teaching and learning steps of the course of integrated English, including the instructional designs in the stages of automatic learning before class, teaching and learning in class and evaluation and guidance of teachers to students after class. It aims to change the current teaching and learning situation of the course of integrated English fundamentally.
