图书馆开展学术出版服务的现实思考

文章基于我国图书馆的内外部环境与发展现况,提出了图书馆开展学术出版服务的新模式,即"馆社一体化"模式、"馆社合作"模式及开放获取模式。对于图书馆而言,不论采用何种出版模式,其在开展学术出版服务时都应充分利用其内部的各种优秀学术资源与服务机制,以发挥图书馆在学术出版服务中的资源优势与管理优势。

Based on the internal and external environment of China＇s library and development situation, this paper proposes the new mode of library launching the academic publication service - that is the mode of ＂integrating the library and press＂, the mode of ＂cooperation between the library and press＂ and the opened acquisition mode. For the library, whatever it has chosen any kind of the publishing mode, the library shall also completely utilize their various internal academic resources and service mechanism while launching the academic publication service, so as to play the advantages of the library in resource and management among academic publication service.
