摘要
目的探讨原花青素(PC)对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠小脑组织中白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法 50只健康6月龄雄性Wistar大鼠随机均分为阴性对照组、衰老模型组、维生素E(VE)组、PC 160mg/kg组和80mg/kg组,每组10只,分别给予相应处理后,采用ELISA测定各组大鼠小脑组织中IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果 VE组、PC160mg/kg组和80mg/kg组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于衰老模型组(P<0.05);PC 160mg/kg组与VE组的IL-6、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);PC 80mg/kg组SOD、GSH-Px水平高于VE组、PC 160mg/kg组(P<0.05)。结论PC可能通过改善免疫功能而延缓大鼠小脑组织的衰老。
Objective To investigate the effects of proanthocyanidins(PC)on the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the cerebellum of the aged rat induced by D-galactose. Methods Fifty healthy male Wistar rats which were 6 months were divided into 5 groups at random:the negative control group, the aged model group, the vitamin E (VE)group,the PC 160 mg/kg group and the PC 80 mg/kg group,and each group had 10 rats. After the commensurate handling for rats in the five groups, ELISA method was used to detect the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the cerebellum of rats in the 5 groups. Results Compared with the aged model group,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were lower in the cerebellum of rats in the VE group,the PC 160 mg/kg group and the PC 80 mg/kg group(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the lev els of IL-6 and TNF-α in the cerebellum of rats between the PC 160 mg/kg group and the VE group(P〉0.05). Compared with the PC 160 mg/kg group and the VE group,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were higher in the cerebellum of rats in the PC 80 mg/kg group(P〈0.05). Conclusion PC can reduce the immune function,and delay the aging of cerebellum of rats.
