脑苷肌肽注射液联合参附注射液对老年急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复的影响

The effects of GM1 injection combined with Shenfu injection on neural functional recovery in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的观察脑苷肌肽注射液联合参附注射液对老年急性脑梗死疗效及对神经功能恢复的影响。方法选取2012-05—2015-05收治的急性脑梗死老年患者126例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组使用脑苷肌肽注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上联合参附注射液治疗,对比2组疗效及对神经功能恢复的影响。结果观察组显效率与总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后2组神经功能评分均明显降低,且观察组降低更为明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑苷肌肽注射液基础上联合参附注射液治疗老年急性脑梗死患者,能够有效提高临床疗效,进一步改善患者的神经功能恢复状况,具有理想的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effects of GM1 injection combined with Shenfu injection on neural functional recovery in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods We selected 126 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction from May 2012 to May 2015,and randomly divided them into observation group which received GM1 injection combined with Shenfu injection and control group which only received GM1 injection.The clinical effect and neural functional recovery in each group were compared.Results The efficiency and total effective rate of observation group were obviously higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Neurological functional deficit scores were significantly reduced in both two groups and the observation group got more reduction than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination with Shenfu injection on the basis of GM1 injection can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and further improve the neural functional recovery,which may be characterized by ideal clinical application value.
