摘要
设计多级闸口协同作业调配工艺模式及其集装箱港口协同作业综合管理系统,开发前置闸口自助设备、集装箱业务预约自助设备、自动化轨道吊、多级闸口无线传输、手机3G终端、集装箱箱型识别与验残等智能作业装备及其系统,并提出基于物联网的集装箱协同作业体系架构,形成系统接口中间件、集卡自动诱导、轨道吊智能作业、一体化管控等集装箱码头智能作业的关键技术,实现信息技术、智能技术与港口作业的深度融合与集成,有效提高港内作业效率,降低港内外交通拥堵。
The multi-level gate collaboration technology deployment mode and the container port collaboration operation management system are designed. The front gate self-service equipment, container service reservation self-service equipment, automatic rail-mounted gantry crane, multi-level gate wireless transmission, mobile phone 3G terminal, container box identification and inspection equipment are developed, and the container collaboration operation framework system based on Internet of Things is presented. The key technologies of system interface middleware, the container track automatic induction, rail-mounted gantry crane intelligent operation, the integration of control for container terminal intelligent operation are carded out. The deep integration of information technology, intelligent technology and port operation is realized. It is shown that the port operation efficiency is improved and the traffic jam in the port is released.
