摘要
为全面、客观地对港口发展前景进行综合评价,通过识别影响港口发展前景的3个关键因素,建立港口发展前景综合评价模型。该模型包括5个一级指标和11个二级指标。利用该模型可以进行定量计算,测算出每个港口的具体得分,并进行结构化比较,在港口发展的各个方面寻找与其他港口的差距。采用该模型在全国沿海某区域选取2个港口进行综合评价。
A port development prospect comprehensive evaluation model is established through discriminating three key factors to and objectively. The model includes 5 first evaluate the port prospect comprehensively level indexes and 11 second level indexes. By this model the quantitative calculation is carried out and the specific score of each port is calculated, and various aspects of the port are compared as well to find out more differences between them. The model is used to evaluate comprehensively two ports in a certain coastal area.
