摘要
由于SBS改性剂掺量不同,胶结料表现出不同的动力学特性,为了准确描述这些胶结料的动力学特性,通过试验设置基质沥青、2%~8%梯度SBS改性剂掺量的不同样品,分别在46~82℃梯度温度下通过动态剪切流变试验来进行其动态力学性能的分析。结果表明:随着改性剂含量的增加,沥青胶结料的动力学参数G*/sinδ增大,当SBS改性剂掺加到5%时,胶结料的动力学性能有一个很大的提升;同一样品随着温度梯度增加,动力学参数G*和G*/sinδ随温度增加以对数函数形式减小,δ随温度增加以线性函数的形式增加;得到的G*/sinδ拟合方程和改性效果系数a、b能够有效预测动力学试验中温度对性能的影响作用。
Because SBS modifier content of different binders exhibit different kinetic properties,in order to accurately describe the dynamic characteristics of the binder,the paper by setting test asphalt,2% to 8% gradient SBS modifier content of different samples were at 46 ℃ ~ 82 ℃ temperature gradient to analyze its dynamic mechanical properties by dynamic shear rheological tests. The results show that: with the increasing modifier content of kinetic parameters asphalt binder G*/ sinδ increases,when SBS modifier adding 5%,the dynamic performance of a binder has greatly improved; the same sample as the temperature gradient increases,the kinetic parameters G*and G*/ sinδ with increasing temperature decreases logarithmically,δ increases with temperature as a linear function of the increase; the resulting G*/ sinδ fitting equation and modifying effect coefficients a,b can effectively predict the dynamics of influence of temperature on the performance of the test.
