钩虫鉴定的分子生物学研究进展

Research advance in detection and identification of hookworms by molecular biology techniques

目前钩虫病仍然在中低等收入的热带和亚热带国家流行,对社会经济及公众健康造成极大影响。感染钩虫虫种确切的检测及鉴定对于治疗药物的选择、流行病学研究及防治措施的制定意义重大。本文重点介绍发展迅速的分子生物学钩虫虫种鉴定方法的最新研究进展,以指导将来在实际工作中的应用。

Hookworm diseases is still endemic in low and middle income tropical and subtropical countries with greater impact on the socioeconomic and public health.There is a great significance to the selection of drugs,the study of epidemiology and the formulation of effective control measures by accurate detection and differentiation of species involved.In this paper,we review the latest research progress in the rapid development of molecular biology methods for identification of hookworm species,in the aim to guide future application in practical work.
