隐孢子虫致病和疫苗候选蛋白的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 隐孢子虫病严重影响了人和动物的健康,对人类公共卫生造成了很大的威胁,目前尚无有效药物防治隐孢子虫病。研究表明,隐孢子虫的毒力相关基因及其编码的蛋白对宿主的影响,贯穿整个感染和发病阶段。因此,找到与虫体黏附及侵入宿主细胞相关的毒力基因,并研究其编码蛋白的功能,对防治隐孢子虫病药物和疫苗的研制有重要意义。本文就隐孢子虫部分毒力基因及其编码蛋白应用进行了综述,旨在为隐孢子虫病的防治与疫苗研发提供新的思路和工具。 Cryptosporidiosis affect the health of people and animals seriously,and causes a great threat to public health.No effective drugs as well as other agents to prevent and control the disease are available.Studies showed that Cryptosporidium virulence related factors influence hosts throughout the whole period of infection and morbidity.Therefore,finding the virulence-associated genes of adhesion and invasion,understanding coding protein function has important implications to develop drugs and vaccines for cryptosporidiosis prevention and control.The aim of this article is to provide new ideas and tools for the disease control by reviewing the application of virulence genes and the function of coding proteins.
