军事训练致批量中暑伤员院内集中救护模式回顾性研究

Retrospective study on the mode of in the hospital centralized rescue of heat stroke patients caused by military training

目的探讨某部军事训练中成批量中暑伤员医院内集中救治护理模式,评价该模式在部队基层医院成批伤员救护中的运用效果。方法回顾性调查参加主要救治任务的医护人员共18名,采用查看病历、座谈会和半结构访谈等方法。获取医院及伤员基本资料、院内救护展开模式、伤员转归及医护人员评价。结果医院共接收43例中暑伤员,医院对其采用"院领导协调救护资源调配,医护一体化集中救护路径"模式救护后,伤员预后良好,救护工作整体评价好。结论本次批量军事训练所致中暑伤员集中救护所采取的医院全员协作救护模式值得借鉴。但还需要加强应急分队和制度建设,以及优化流程等措施,以提高医院对于成批伤员救护能力。

Objective To explore the treatment nursing mode for centralized rescue heat stroke patients in batches,to evalnate efficacy of this batched treatment mode in primary hospitals. Methods A total of 18 doctors and nurses participated in the treatment were investigated through,getting the basic information of the hospital and the patients,the hospital rescue deployment model,the outcome of the patients and the evaluation of medical staff,efc in such ways as reading case history,semi-structural inferview,and holding forum,efc. Results The hospital admitted totaled 43 patients who were mostly diagnosed as heat stroke. The hospital adopted the mode of uniformly coordinated and allocated rescue resources by hospital leaders,and doctors and nurses worked at the same time so as to combine treating with nursing to treat nurse them. As results the patient＇s prognosis was good,the treatment effect was highly evaluated. Conclusion The cooperation mode of the hospital is worth as well learning. However,it is necessary to strengthen the emergency unit and system construction,optimizing process as well other measures to uplift the ability of the batched treatment nursing heat store patients.
