膝关节交叉韧带重建术后MRI的去金属伪影技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 膝关节是人体最大最复杂的屈曲关节,其所承受的杠杆作用力是最强的。前交叉韧带是维持膝关节稳定的重要静力结构,因而在膝关节外伤中以前交叉韧带撕裂最常见。膝关节交叉韧带重建术是前交叉韧带撕裂最有效的手段,利用MRI可以对重建术后移植物的完整性及韧带化的形态学、组织学变化做出准确评估,但由于重建术后金属伪影的干扰,严重影响周围组织的成像质量。因此,为了提高重建术后图像的质量为临床做出准确评估,故综述前交叉韧带重建术后MR成像中去金属伪影技术的研究进展。 The knee is the largest and most complex buckling joint in human body and its subjecting lever forces is the strongest. Anterior cruciate ligament is one of the important static structures to stabilize the knee joint,thus the most common tear in the knee joint injury is cruciate ligament. Knee cruciate ligament revascularization is the most effective means of anterior cruciate ligament tear;using MR imaging to rebuild the integrity of the postoperative graft and ligament of the morphological,histological changes make an accurate assessment,but due to the postoperative metal artifacts interference in reconstruction,seriously affect the image quality of the surrounding tissue. Therefore,in order to improve the quality of reconstruction image for clinical evaluation accurate,this article reviews relveat progress on the postoperative MR imaging of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with metal artifacts.
