废混凝土再生骨料GRC制品配比优化试验 被引量:2

摘要 将成混凝土破碎筛分后作为骨料取代GRC中的天然砂,分别试验研究了庋混凝土取代率、灰砂比及水灰比对GRC物理力学性能的影响,并与相关行业标准进行了比较结果表明:废乩凝土骨料取代天然砂可提高GRC的抗折抗压强度和抗冻性,但对表观密度影响不明显;灰砂比太小式太大均对GRC性能不利;水灰比太大对GRC各项性能均不利;废混凝土骨料对天然砂的取代率在30%~45%时,一定的水灰比和炙砂比下,GRC各项性能均能达到JC/T604—2004《玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)装饰制品》中合格品的要求;其中最优配比为:废混凝土骨料对天然砂的最优取代率为30%,灰砂比1:1.5,水荻比0.45,该配比的GRC性能可达到优等品要求, With the Recycled Waste Concrete Aggregate (RWCA) as replacement of natural sand in GRC, the influences of replacement ratio of RWCA, cement sand ratio and water cement ratio (W/C) on physical and mechanical properties of GRC were researched, and the results were compared with the performance indicators in JC/T604-2004Glass fiber reinforced cement (GRC)decorative products. The results showed that the fiexural strength, compressive strength and frost resistance of GRC can be enhanced, when the natural sand was replaced by RWCA. But the influences on dry apparent density are not obvious. If the sand ratio of cement is too small or big, it will has adverse impact on properties of GRC. If W/C is too big, various properties of GRC will not be ideal. Under certain water cement ratio and W/C, various properties of GRC can reach the requirement of qualified products in JC/T604-2004 when the replacement ratio of RWCA is 30%-45%. The optimal mixture ratio is that the optimal replacement ratio of RWCA is 30%, cement sand ratio is 1:1.5 and W/C is 0.45. In this mixture ratio, the properties of GRC can reach the requirement of high-class products in JC/T604-2004.
