KAX-1型车载安全监测诊断系统应用研究

摘要 为了确保我国铁路旅客列车的行车安全,我国铁路旅客列车全部装载使用了新型KAX-1旅客列车行车安全监测诊断系统。对系统的车载安全监测诊断、无线通信和地面数据管理与专家等三个硬件子系统的硬件组成及特点进行了分析与研究,并对检测系统的列车基础制动装置、转向架、防滑器的基本原理进行了详细的分析与研究;整个采用了较为先进成熟的技术,应用软硬件可靠性设计,功能级监测节点的传感器免标定免维护;由地面数据库与专家系统的数据存档、查询、诊断、联网功能为车辆应用和管理部门提供了一个车辆应用管理、动态质量控制的信息化技术平台;系统投入使用以后大大提高了铁路旅客列车的行车安全,判断故障的正确率在95%以上,在我国铁路行车安全方面有很大的发展前景,应大力推广使用。 In order to ensure the safety of railway passenger, all railway passenger trains are loaded the KAX - 1 safety monitoring diagnosis system nowadays in China. The hardware composition and characteristics of the three hardware sub -system are analyzed firstly in the vehicle safety monitoring and diagnosis system, the wireless com- munications and the ground - based data management and experts, and then the train foundation brakes of detection system, bogies and basic principles of anti -skid device are studied in great detail, all system are taken with more advanced and mature technology, reliable design of the application software and hardware, and the sensor nodes of function -level monitor in calibration and maintenance free, and the ground database and expert system data archiv- ing, query, diagnosis and network function provide an information technology platform of the vehicle management and the control of dynamic quality for the vehicle operation and management departments. After the system was put into use, traffic safety of the rail passenger train has greatly increased the correct rate of diagnosis faults reach to 95% ,which has great prospects for development in China's railway traffic safety.
