高职校园文化建设与学生人文素养教育的关系

On Relationship between the Campus Culture Construction and the Students＇ Humanistic Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

人文素质是指人们在人文方面所具有的综合品质或达到的发展程度，表现为一个人的人格、气质、修养、精神。校园文化环境是学生人文素养教育的重要外部因素；校园文化软性因素的建设直接影响着学生人文素养的养成；学生人文素养教育还需要制度的严格落实。高职院校要抓住办学特色，开展学生人文素养教育。

Humanistic quality refers to a person with the comprehensive quality or its development degree in the hu- manities,which usually displays one＇s personality, temperament, accomplishment and spirits, while the environment of campus culture is important external factors in students＇humanities education ,especially the soft factors of campus culture construction would directly affect the cultivation of students＇humanities accomplishment ; Of course, the system of rules and regulations in implementing students＇ humanities education is also needed. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should seize the characteristics of students＇humanistic quality.
