药学服务下加速康复在清洁手术围手术期预防感染的疗效及成本-效果分析

Efficacy and cost-effectiveness of accelerated rehabilitation in the prevention of infection during perioperative period of aseptic surgery under pharmaceutical service

目的分析在由临床药师参与下加速康复外科模式在清洁手术围手术期预防感染的疗效及成本。方法选取2015年1月~2016年6月外科住院患者120例,分为传统外科手术组和加速康复外科手术组,并对两组病例进行回顾性分析。结果 加速康复外科手术组在清洁手术围手术期预防感染的效果与传统外科手术组相同,但其抗菌药物的合理使用及治疗成本明显优于后者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 加速康复外科手术在清洁手术围手术期预防感染方面疗效确切,且成本低廉。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and cost of the accelerated rehabilitation surgery model in the preven- tion of infection during the perioperative period of aseptic surgery by the participation of clinical pharmacists. Methods 120 inpatients from the department of surgery from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected. They were divided into the traditional surgical operation group and accelerated rehabilitation surgery group; two groups of patients were retro- spectively analyzed. Results The effects of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the prevention of infection was the same as traditional surgery during the perioperative period of aseptic operation, but the rational use and treatment cost of antimicrobial drugs were significantly better than those of the latter, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery has exact efficacy and low cost in the prevention of infection during perioperative period of aseptic operation.
