基本药物在社区高血压患者中的应用情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of application of essential drugs in community patients with hypertension

目的了解社区高血压患者的用药现状和国家基本药物使用情况。方法调查社区高血压患者523例,按血压控制情况分为血压达标组和未达标组,进行自行设计问卷调查和访谈,统计患者国家基本药物制度的知晓和相关药物认知情况。结果社区高血压患者基本药物知晓率仅6.12%,其中服药率35.95%,服药患者中遵医嘱用药占30.85%,单药使用占59.04%,联合用药40.96%,使用国家基本药物的占24.47%,血压达标组患者服药率、遵医嘱率、测血压次数均高于血压未达标组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基本药物在社区高血压患者中知晓率、使用率较低,需要加强宣传推广使用。

Objective To understand the condition of the use of national essential drugs in the community patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 523 hypertensive patients in community were surveyed. They were assigned to the standard blood pressure group and below standard blood pressure group according to the control of blood pressure. Self-designed questionnaire and interviews were carried out on the patients, and the awareness rate of the national essen- tial drug system and understanding of related drugs were statistically analyzed. Results The awareness rate of essential drugs in community hypertensive patients was only 6.12%. 35.95% of them were taking medicine, 30.85% of them were taking medicine based on the prescription, 59.04% taking drugs for single use, 40.96% taking drugs for combined use, and 24.47% taking national essential drugs. The medication rate, compliance rates, frequency of measuring blood pres- sure in the standard blood pressure group was higher than those in the below standard group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The awareness rate and.usage rate of essential drugs in community hyper- tensive patients are low, which needs to be popularized and promoted.
