摘要
晚期早产儿是指胎龄为34^(0/7)~36^(6/7)出生的新生儿,在早产儿中占比逐年上升,并具有不同于小早产儿和足月儿的特征。本文就晚期早产儿的流行病学特点、住院过程、预后、并发症及神经系统发育等方面的研究进展进行综述。
Late premature infants refer to the newborns with the gestational age of 34^0/7~36^6/7, and the proportion of premature children is increased year by year, which has different characteristics from small premature infants and full- term infants. In this paper, the research progresses on the epidemiologieal characteristics, hospitalization process, prog- nosis, complications, neurological development and other aspects of late premature infants were reviewed.
