基于熵权法和灰色关联分析法的轨道交通线网规划方案决策

摘要 针对目前轨道交通线网规划方案决策问题中信息不完全和权重主观性强的问题,提出了基于熵权法和灰色关联分析法相结合的轨道交通线网规划方案决策方法。以长沙市轨道交通线网远景规划3个备选方案为例,从线网结构、运营效果、社会效益、城市发展、建设实施性5个方面构建线网规划方案综合评价指标体系;采用熵权法确定各指标体系的客观权重,通过灰色关联分析,得到各个方案与最优理想方案的接近度,依据灰色关联度对方案进行排序,遴选最优方案。结果表明,该方法具有一定的实用价值,能够为决策者提供决策支持。 Aiming at the problem of incomplete information and subjectivity on weight definition to the comprehensive decision making in rail transportation network planning, a comprehensive decision making methodology for rail transit network planning based proposed. Taking the three solutions of Changsha on entropy method and Grey Correlation Analysis is rail transit network long-term plan as example, a comprehensive evaluation system for rail transit network planning is built-up consisting of network structure, operation efficiency, social benefit, city development and implementation feasibility. This system defines the objective weight of index based on entropy method, and gets proximity of all solutions to assumed optimal solution with Grey Correlation Analysis, and then sorts all solutions in grey relational degree to get the best one. Result comes out to show the practical value of this method, and it can work as supportive base for decision maker.
