信息环境下西部特殊教育教师专业发展问题研究——以甘肃省为例 被引量:9

摘要 特殊教育教师的专业发展程度是影响特殊教育质量的关键因素,大力发展特殊教育事业必须注重特殊教育教师专业素质的提升问题。信息技术的发展丰富了特殊教育教师的专业发展的内涵,也对其专业发展策略提出了新的要求。采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式,以甘肃省为例,对信息环境下西部特殊教育教师的专业发展现状进行了调查研究,并对存在的问题进行了剖析,在此基础上,提出了一些信息环境下有效促进西部欠发达地区特殊教育教师专业发展的对策和建议。 The professional development of teachers is a key factor affecting the improvement of the quality of education.It is no doubt that great importance must be attached to enhancing the professional qualities of special education teachers in order to development special education.The advancement in technology has enriched the connotation of the professional development of special education teachers,and put forward new requirements on the strategies of developing them as well.The paper reports the results of an investigation,which adopted questionnaire survey and interview as instruments and took special education teachers in Gansu province as research subjects.It also makes an analysis of the existing problems.Furthermore,it puts forth some effective countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the professional development of special education teachers in less developed western areas of our country.
