摘要
针对传统调制识别技术在存在着Alpha稳定分布背景噪声的非合作水下通信过程中往往失效的问题,提出了一种基于广义循环谱技术的水声通信信号调制识别方法。该方法提取广义循环累积量作为识别特征参数,并采用支撑向量机算法进行分类,实现了在Alpha稳定分布噪声下的水声通信信号调制识别。仿真和实际的海洋试验结果表明,该识别方法不仅性能明显优于传统方法而且具有较高的识别率。
In an Alpha stable distribution noise environment, the traditional methods of digital modulation signals recognition technology has the problems of failure in non-cooperative underwater communication. A recognition method based on generalized cyclic spectrum technique is proposed to solve this problem. This method extracts the recognition characteristic parameters is generalized cyclic cumulant and uses support vector machine (SVM) algorithm as a classifier to achieve underwater signals modulation recognition. Simulation and actual sea trials experimental results show that the proposed method not only has better performance than the traditional recognition methods but also has higher recognition rate.
