摘要
通过对烟气脱硫塔垢样的XRD衍射分析,确定了垢样组成,分析了结垢的原因及结垢可能发生的部位,对回液管进行了针对性地在线清洗,解决了脱硫塔结垢造成的飘液问题,提出了在线清洗方法预防结垢的措施。
Based on the XRD analysis of flue gas desulfurization tower, the scale composition was deter- mined. The cause of fouling and the location of fouling were analyzed. On -line cleaning was carried out to solve the problem of desulphurization and the measures to prevent fouling by online cleaning method was put forward in this paper.
