摘要
介绍了泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术在石化企业的实施内容,并从LDAR组织管理、技术准备、项目建立过程、现场检测过程、泄漏维修与复测、LDAR记录与报告、质量保证与控制、设备动静密封泄漏VOCs排放核算8个方面对实施应用过程中存在的问题进行了汇总和解析,提出问题解决方法和建议。
The implementation of leak detection and repair （LDAR） technology in petrochemical enter- prise was introduced. And the problems on LDAR technology application were summarized and analyzed such as LDAR project organization and management, technical preparation, project establishment process, testing process, leak repair and retest, LDAR records and reports, quality assurance and control, VOCs e- missions accounting of equipment seals leakage. And some suggestions on the problems were put forward.
