地塞米松联合盐酸奥洛他定治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果

Compare the Effect on Allergic Conjunctivitis between Loratadine Alone and loratadine Combined with Dexamethasone Combined Added Olopatadine Hydrochloride

目的比较单用氯雷他定或在此基础上加用塞米松联合盐酸奥洛他定治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果。方法方便选取2013年2月—2015年2月于该院接受治疗的过敏性结膜炎患者140例按照随机原则分为两组,常规组与试验组,各70例。常规组患者仅给予氯雷他定治疗,试验组患者氯雷他定基础上加用地塞米松联合盐酸奥洛他定进行治疗,观察和记录两组患者的临床疗效并进行对比分析。结果常规组患者治愈15例,显效18例,有效16例,无效21例,治疗总有效率为70.00%;而试验组患者治愈30例,显效20例,有效17例,无效3例,治疗总有效率为95.72%。试验组患者的治疗效果较之基础组患者存在明显优势,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对过敏性结膜炎患者氯雷他定基础上加用地塞米松联合盐酸奥洛他较定仅给予氯雷他定的常规治疗,临床效果显著,值得广泛运用。

Objective Compared with loratadine or on the basis of his clinical effect for the treatment of allergic conjunc- tivitis with dexamethasone hydrochloride combined with aulo. Methods Convenient selection from February 2013 to Febru- ary 2015 in our hospital, 140 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into two groups, the routine group and the experimental group, 70 cases in each group. The routine group was given loratadine, desloratadine plus experimen- tal group patients were treated with dexamethasone and he aulo hydrochloride were observed and recorded. The clinical ef- ficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The conventional group 15 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective, 16 cases effective, 21 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 70%; while the experimental group 30 cases were cured, 20 cases markedly effective, 17 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.72%. The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the basic group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The loratadine-based dexamethasone combinadded olopatadine hydrochloride regimen was superior to loratadine aloneconventional in treating allergic conjunctivitis.
