110例剖宫产术后切口皮内内缝临床探讨

110 Cases of Cesarean Section Incision Intradermal Clinical Study

目的探讨剖宫产术后切口皮内内缝的临床效果。方法随机将方便选取2015年2月—2016年5月该院收治的110例剖宫产患者均分为实验组和对照组,每组各55例。实验组术后切口皮内缝合;对照组术后切口褥式缝合。观察两组切口愈合情况及患者满意率。结果切口甲级愈合率100%,皮下硬结率1.8%,无脂肪液化、对合不良病例,患者满意度98.2%。各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后切口皮内内缝的临床应用可有效降低切口愈合不良情况的发生机率,既利于切口早期优质愈合,又具有高美观度,易于患者接受和认可,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of incision suture after cesarean section. Methods From February 2015 to May 2016. The 110 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 55 cases in each group. The experimental group after intradermic suture; control group incision mattress suture. Observation of two groups of wound healing and patient satisfaction rate. Results Class-A healing rate was 100%, rate of subcutaneous in- duration of 1.8%, fat free liquefaction, ADR, patient satisfaction rate was 98.2%. The indicators were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Caesarean birth clinical application of postoperative incision Pineinei suture can effectively reduce the incision healing the probability of the occurrence of adverse circumstances, is conducive to the early incision quality healing, but also has high artistic, is easy to be accepted by patients and recognition, which is worthy of populariza- tion and use.
