鼻腔扩容加改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术对75例OSAHS患者疗效分析

Surgery on 75 Patients with Chronic Nasal Cavity in Patients with OSAHS Expansion Plus Modified Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty

目的研究并探讨鼻腔扩容加改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSHAS)的临床疗效。方法于2011年7月—2015年7月,整群选取75例该院收治的OSHAS患者,随机分为两组,对照组35例实施单纯改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术,观察组40例实施鼻腔扩容术联合改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术,比较两组患者的临床总有效率、呼吸暂停低通气指数。结果观察组的临床总有效率为95%,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的呼吸暂停低通气指数(18.45±9.53)分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且较治疗后的对照组(28.09±10.22)分明显更低(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者实施鼻腔扩容术联合改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术的疗效显著。

Objective To study and explore the clinical efficacy of the nasal cavity and modified uvula pharyngeal angio- plasty for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods Group selection July 2011 to July 2015, 75 cases of patients with OSAHS were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in the control group were treated with simple modified uvulopalatopharyngoplasty surgery, 40 cases in the observation group were treated with nasal cavity expansion operation and modified uvula palate pharyngoplasty, the clinical total effective rate, apnea hypopnea index were compared between two groups. Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the apnea hypopnea index in the observation group （18.45 ± 9.53） points was significantly improved than before treatment （P〈0.05）, and compared with the treatment of the control group （28.09 ± 10.22） points was significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nasal cavity expansion operation combined with modified uvula palate pharyngoplasty surgery to the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients has curative effect.
