小儿腹股沟疝修补术围手术期未预防使用抗菌药物与手术部位感染关系探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨小儿腹股沟疝修补术围手术期未预防使用抗菌药物与手术部位感染的关系。方法整群选取并回顾性分析2012年1月—2014年12月小儿腹股沟疝修补术围手术期未预防使用抗菌药物的2 281例患儿,比较手术前后腋下体温变化及手术部位感染情况。结果术后患儿体温与术前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),切口甲级愈合率为100.00%,手术部位感染率为0.00%。结论小儿腹股沟疝修补术围手术期未预防使用抗菌药物,不会导致手术部位感染率增加;小儿腹股沟疝修补术围手术期可不用抗菌药物预防手术部位感染。 Objective To investigate tile relationship between perioperative non-use of antibiotics and surgical site infec- tions in children undergoing inguinal hernia repair. Methods A retrospective study on the perioperative non-use of an- tibacterials was conducted in 2 281 children undergoing inguinal hernia repair from January 2012 to December 2014. Axil- lary temperature changes and surgical site infection were compared and evaluated before and after the operation. Results There was no significant difference between the postoperative and the preoperative temperature (P〉0.05). The healing rate of Grade A was 100.00%, and the infection rate of the surgical site was 0.00%. Conclusion Pediatric inguinal hernia repair without prophylactic use of antibiotics will not lead to the increased infections in surgical site. It isn't necessary to use an- tibiotics for prevention of surgical site infection during perioperative period in pediatric inguinal hernia repair.
