大株红景天注射液对前列腺汽化电切术后患者凝血功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨大株红景天注射液对前列腺气化电切术后患者凝血功能的影响。方法方便选取2013年11月—2015年11月在该院行前列腺汽化电切术的68例患者随机分为两组,对照组34例术后予以常规治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加以大株红景天注射液治疗,比较两组治疗前后血浆黏度、血小板电泳时间、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血酶活化时间(APTT)。结果治疗组治疗后的血浆黏度、血小板电泳时间为(2.06±0.11)m Pa·s、(19.01±1.11)s,与对照组的(2.25±0.39)m Pa·s、(18.02±1.02)s比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的PT与APTT分别为(11.67±0.33)s、(29.71±2.40)s,与对照组的(10.73±0.52)s、(28.06±2.75)s比较明显延长(P<0.05)。结论给予前列腺汽化电切术后患者大株红景天注射液治疗,可有效改善凝血功能,有助于预防术后静脉血栓形成。 Objective Observe the influence of Soften injection on the coagulation function of patients after trans-urethral resection of prostate. Methods Convenient selection and November 2013 - November 2015 in our hospital prostate transurethral resection of 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups, a control group of 34 cases were treated with routine treatment, patients in the treatment group were treated based on to be big Rhodiola injection treatment plants before and after treatment were compared plasma viscosity, platelet electrophoresis time, prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT).Results Plasma viscosity treatment group after treatment, platelet electrophoresis time (2.06 ± 0.11) mPa;s, (19.01 ± 1.11)s, and the control group (2.25 ± 0.39) mPa's,(18.0 ± 1.02) s have more obvious difference (P 〈0.05); the treatment group after PT and APTT were (11.67 ± 0.33) s,(29.71 ± 2.40) s, and the control group(10.73 ± 0.52) s, (28.06 ± 2.75) s obviously prolonged (P〈0.05).Conclusion Give patients the prostate transurethral injection therapy Rhodiola large strains, can effectively improve blood clotting function, contribute to the prevention of postoperative venous thrombosis.
