奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙(cf)+氟尿嘧啶(5FU)化疗的不良反应

目的分析直肠癌患者采用氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）、奥沙利铂以及亚叶酸钙（cf）化疗治疗的临床效果以及化疗带来的不良反应。方法方便选取该院2012年5月-2016年7月收治的31例晚期直肠癌患者，随机分为观察组（OFL方案联合益气活血消瘤方治疗）和对照组（OFL方案治疗），对比两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率（75％）明显高于对照组（40％），组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者3-4度不良反应中，神经毒性（6．3％）、恶心呕吐（6．3％）、白细胞减少（6．3％）等不良反应均明显低于对照组20％、13．3％、26．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论晚期直肠癌患者联合采用奥沙利铂、cf、5-FU化疗和中药治疗可取得较好疗效，有利于减轻患者不良反应，值得进一步推广。

Objective Analysis of patients with rectal cancer with fluorouracil （5 - FU）, calcium leucovorin （cf） and oxali- platin into the clinical effect of chemotherapy and chemotherapy side effects.Selection. Methods Convenient selection a to- tal of 31 patients with advanced rectal cancer patients in our hospital from May 2012 to July 2016, were randomly divided into observation group （tumor treatment of OFL regimen combined with Yiqi Huoxue elimination） and control group （OFL regimen）, and adverse reactions tO compare the efficacy of two groups. Results Patients in the observation group total effec- tive rate （75%） was significantly higher （40%）, differences in contrast （P 〈0.05） between groups. Observation group were 3- 4 degrees of adverse reactions, neurotoxicity （6.3%）, nausea and vomiting （6.3%）, leukopenia （6.3%） and other adverse re- actions were significantly lower than 20% in the control group, 13.3% and 26.7%, respectively contrast （P 〈0.05）. Conclu- sion Patients with advanced coiorectal cancer combined with oxaliplatin into, cf, 5 - FU chemotherapy and traditional Chi- nese medicine treatment can obtain good curative effect, is helpful to reduce adverse reactions, patients with worthy of fur- ther promotion.
