摘要
冀中能源井矿集团正珠煤业位于沁水煤田东翼左权矿区,矿井主采15号煤层是高瓦斯易自燃煤层。针对正珠煤业易自燃厚煤层放顶煤开采特点,通过对矿井15号煤层的自燃特性、自燃火灾预报指标气体优选、采空区"自燃三带"、注氮防灭火技术、火区精确定位技术(同位素测氡法)等多项防灭火技术的研究,初步建立起正珠矿煤层自燃早期预测预报及综合防灭火技术体系,该体系对降低矿井自燃火灾事故率、提高矿井自燃火灾防治水平具有重要意义,有利于矿井降本增效和保持安全技术工作稳定性。
Jizhong Energy Jingxing Mining Group Zhengzhu Mine is located in the east wing of Qinshui Coalfield Zuoquan Mine area,No. 15 coal seam in Zhengzhu Mine was high-gas easily spontaneous. Based on exploitation characteristics of spontaneous combustion thick coal seam sub-level caving of Zhengzhu Mine and study on fire-fighting technologies of characteristics of No. 15 coal seam's spontaneous combustion,spontaneous combustion forecast indexes of gas,goaf "three zones" of spontaneous combustion,fire-prevention technology by infusing nitrogen and fire area precise positioning technology(isotopic radon measurement method),the system of early prediction of spontaneous combustion and comprehensive fire-fighting technology of coal seam were built preliminarily in Zheng Zhu Mine. It was not only significant to reduce the rate of mine spontaneous combustion fire accidents,improve the level of mine spontaneous combustion fire prevention,but also be conductive to cost decreasing and benefit increasing and maintain the safety work stability.
