摘要 东滩煤矿在开采63_上04大采高工作面时,因工作面向斜构造、顶板淋水、采高大、设备重等特点,出现了工作面挤架现象,给工作面生产带来极大困难。综合分析了63_上04大采高工作面挤架原因,提出了侧护板配合单体辅助调架的技术方案,彻底的解决了工作面挤架问题,实施效果良好,对大采高综采工艺的发展积累了宝贵的经验。 During period of mining in 63上04 large height mining face, Dongtan Coal Mine occurred phenomenon of crowded hydraulic support in working face because of syncline structure, water spraying in the roof, the large mining height and heavy equipment, which brought great difficulties to normal production. Through analyzing the reasons comprehensively, technical proposal of using side guard cooperate with monomer to adjust hydraulic supports was put forward and problem of crowded hydraulic support in working face was completely solved. Its impressive implementation effect provided valuable experience to development of fully mechanized coal mining in large cutting height.
