摘要
立井井筒施工结束后,需要将连接井筒段平巷施工出,满足井筒之间贯通或建井期间临时改绞需要,因此总结一套新施工工艺实现临时改绞前的井下快速贯通有着重要的理论意义和实用价值。针对园子沟煤矿立转平过程中所面临的实际问题,为保证井下二期巷道工程施工的连续性和施工速度,在分析和考虑矿井实际条件的基础上,开展立井转平巷施工的综合技术探究。提出了立转平短距快速贯通方案。现场实际应用效果表明,该技术加快了井下井巷工程建设、缩短了施工工期、提升了掘进效率,工艺流程安全可靠,为园子沟煤矿创造了显著的经济效益,收到了预期效果。
In order to satisfy the need of jointing wellbore drift and connecting wellbores or temporary modification during shaft construction after finishing mine shaft construction, implying construction craft to achieve rapid penetration in underground mine before temporary modification had theoretical significance and practical value. Based on problems that flat vertical rotation of Yuanzigou Mine faced and analysis of mine actual conditions, synthesis technique research of mine roadway construction was carried out and rapid penetration scheme of flat vertical rotation was proposed in order to guarantee continuity and construction speed of second phase of underground roadway engineering construction. As a result,engineering construction in underground mine was sped up, construction period was reduced, mining efficiency was promoted, and safe technological process was guaranteed, which created remarkable economic benefit and achieved expected effect of Yuanzigou Mine.
