智能型矿用组合开关的设计与应用

Design and application of intelligent mine combined switch

随着煤矿设备机械化程度的提高,矿用组合开关得到广泛应用。针对现有矿用组合开关维修不便,受电路中干扰信号影响较大等问题,提出了一种改进型的智能矿用组合开关,该组合开关使用多个PLC集中/分散控制,能针对不同故障实现快速保护,可有效确保生产设备的安全,保证了煤矿井下生产活动连续性。

As mechanization degree of mine equipment improved, mine combined switch was widely applied. Considering problems of its inconvenient maintenance and easily affected by interfering signal in electrical circuit, follow-on type of intelligent mine combined switch was put forward. This switch adopted many PLC centralized and decentralized control,which could achieve fast protection in various fault, ensure safety of production equipment and guarantee continuity of underground production.
