摘要 随着微电子技术和变频技术的应用与发展,生产设备自动化程度的不断提高,变频器在煤矿行业中得到了广泛的应用。文章介绍了采用32位TM320F2802处理器,配备英飞凌1ED020I12驱动芯片,采用了LC滤波技术的通用矿用变频器的软硬件设计,可有效消除谐波干扰,广泛适用于煤矿机电设备。 With development and application of micro electronic technique and converter technique, degree of production equipment automation has been improved continually, and frequency converter has been widely applied in coal mine industry. 32-bit TM320F2802 processor equipped with Infineon 1ED020I12 drive chip, together with software and hardware design of general mine-used frequency converter with LC filter technique are introduced in this paper, which have efficiently eliminated harmonic interference and widely used in coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment.
