摘要 新能源的不断接入使得电网误操作的风险增大。为解决调度防误系统中的分布式电源量测数据不完整、防误安全校核能力不足及计算效率低下等问题,文章提出了基于云计算的电网调度防误系统集成架构,设计了基于云总线与企业内部总线的多总线集成架构,利用云计算平台的分布式安全存储技术,通过电力物联网,采用专用加密解密技术,实现分布式能源数据的采集与互联网安全传输,在云端实现了部分数据的集成与安全校核的快速计算。该系统架构有效解决了新能源不断接入背景下的调控防误校核能力不足等问题,并且具有良好的可扩展性与适应性,降低了系统运维成本,具有较广阔的发展前景。 The continuous access of new energy sources causes the increasing risk of power grid misoperations. In order to solve the problems such as uncomplete distributed power measurement data, weak ability to prevent false safety check and low computation efficiency, this paper proposes an integrated architecture of anti-misoperation system for power grid dispatching system based on cloud computing and designs a multi-bus integration architecture based on cloud bus and enterprise internal bus. The architecture utilizes the distributed secure storage technology of cloud computing platform. The distributed energy data acquisition and Internet security transmission are achieved by using the special encryption and decryption technology and the power Internet of things. In the cloud, the fast calculation of the data integration and the safety check are realized. This system can effectively improve the antimisoperation ability in the context of continuous access of new energy sources, which has good scalability and adaptability, also reduces system maintenance costs, has good prospect.
