摘要
常规OPGW无法满足输电线路某些特大跨越、特重覆冰、特大风区等特殊工况大应力、低弧垂使用要求,文章通过采用导电率14%IACS、20.3%IACS的特高强度铝包钢线与光纤单元共同绞合,研制出一种抗拉强度高于常规OPGW10%~20%的特高强度OPGW。样品经第三方权威机构检测合格,应用于国内外输电线路。特高强度OPGW的成功开发,满足了国内外特大跨越、特重覆冰、特大风区等特殊输电线路工程的特殊需要,进一步发展了特种OPGW技术。
Conventional OPGW can't meet the transmission lines requirement of large stress, low sag for some large span, heavy icing, heavy wind areas, this paper introduces the development and application of ultra-high strength OPGW, by adopting ACS wires of ultra-high strength 14%, 20.3% IACS and optical unit, we finally developed ultra-high strength OPGW, whose tensile strength is 10%-20% higher than conventional OPGW, the sample has passed through authoritative third-party test and already been used in transmission lines at home and abroad. Ultra-high strength OPGW development meets the special needs for special projects like large span, heavy icing, heavy wind and so on at home and abroad, and promotes further development of special OPGW technology.
