摘要 电力通信作为保证各级电网安全稳定运行的重要技术支撑,需要电力通信系统以集约化、扁平化、专业化为方向,以便提高大规模通信网络的调控能力、大范围通信资源的配置与优化能力、全程全网的业务管理和保障能力。文章针对网络管理集约化的发展趋势,在结合电力通信的网络现状与管理需要的基础上,对电力系统内标准化程度相对较高的光传输网管系统,通过深入研究骨干传输网管系统的各种集约化模式,提出具有电力通信特点的网管系统省级集约化模式,并给出相应的配套保障措施,以期推进电力系统省、市二级通信调度业务转型,实现"标准化、一体化建设,精益化、集约化管理"。其研究成果可为电力通信实际的生产运行和专业管理提供借鉴和参考,对电力通信集约化管理具有现实意义。 As the important technology support to ensure the stable and safe operation of power grids at all levels, power communication system should be developed to intensive, flat and professional direction, so as to improve large-scale network management ability, wide-range communication resources configuration and optimization ability, whole-life and whole-network management and maintenance ability. Aiming at the intensive trend of network management, considering the current network situation and management need, for the power system in the degree of standardization of relatively high optical transmission network management system, through in-depth study of intensive modes suit for the backbone transmission network management system, this paper proposes a provincial level intensive model of network management system with the characteristics of electric power communication, which is suit for optical transmission network management system with relatively high standardization degree. And the corresponding supporting measures is given, to promote the communication scheduling transformation of provincial and city power system, and realize the goal of "standardization, integration, construction, lean, intensive management". The research results can provide reference for the actual production operation and professional management, and it has practical significance to the management of electric power communication.
