马克思主义文化观具有深刻的意义内涵。党的十八大指出,提升文化软实力,建设社会主义文化强国,意义重大。一支军队要形成战斗力,同样需要文化软实力的强力支撑。张思德、董存瑞、黄继光、邱少云、雷锋、苏宁、李向群、杨业功……一个个家喻户晓的英模人物,生动诠释了一个民族的共同理想信念和思想道德追求,高扬着时代的精神主旋律,体现着社会价值风向标,引领军人对社会主流价值的认同和信仰。文化软实力,作为军队战斗力的重要组成部分,作为核心军事能力形成的重要途径,它锻造着一支军队的精气神,滋养着一支军队的灵魂,影响着一支军队的战斗力。军队院校、教导队、集训队等育人机构,既是培养军事人才的基本单位,更是传播和提升软实力的关键单位。依托军队育人机构提升军事人才文化软实力,不仅能够提升军事人才的综合素质,有利于学员积极健康成长,还能以点带面,将马克思主义文化软实力辐射全军,进而进一步融合军人信念、情感、意志等品质,有理想新一代革命军人能够跟紧时代的步伐。

Zhang Yide, Dong Cunrui, Huang Jiguang, Qiu Shaoyun, Lei Feng, Suning, Li Xiangqun, Yang Yegong . . . and such well - known model characters, is the vivid interpretation of a nations common i- deals and beliefs. They praise the main theme of the spirit of the times, reflecting the social benchmark value, leading the military to beliefs and identity of the social mainstream values. Cultural soft power, as an important part of the combat effectiveness of the army, and an important way to form the core military capabilities, it forged the essence of an army, and nourished the soul of an army, affecting the combat effectiveness of an ar- my. Military academies, teaching teams, training teams and other educational institutions, are both the basic units of the cultivation of military personnel, and the key units of spreading and enhancing the soft power. Re- lying on the military education institutions to enhance the cultural soft power of the military talent, can not only enhance the overall quality of the military personnel, and be conducive to the positive and healthy growth of students, but also can spread the Marxist cultural soft power to the whole army, and further make integration of such qualities as military beliefs, will and others. A new generation of revolutionary soldiers who have great i- deals can follow the pace of the times.
