空调通风管道中细颗粒物凝并规律研究

摘要 基于颗粒群平衡模型和布朗扩散作用对空调通风管道中细颗粒物的凝并规律进行了研究。通过对不同入口处细颗粒物的体积分数和入口风速对细颗粒物凝并现象的数值模拟分析,得到的主要结论为细颗粒物的体积分数和入口风速对于管道中细颗粒物的凝并具有显著影响。在布朗扩散作用下的细颗粒物凝并现象主要发生在粒径小于1μm的颗粒,当粒径大于1μm时,布朗扩散作用对于颗粒的凝并无明显影响。 In this paper,the patterns of coagulation of fine particles in air- conditioner duct are researched and the research is based on the population balance model and Brown diffusion. Through the numerical simulation analysis under the conditions of different volume fractions and air speeds,the results show that the volume fraction of fine particles and air speeds has the great influence on the coagulation. The coagulation of fine particles under the Brown diffusion mainly occurs under the condition that the diameter of particles is under 1μm and otherwise,the Brown diffusion has little influence on the coagulation of fine particle.
