摘要
针对综采工作面回撤端头巷道顶板液压支架的要求,研制了迈步自移式三角区掩护支架组。神东公司使用的结果显示:采用迈步自移式三角区掩护支架组后,实现了端头支护的机械化,大幅降低了工人劳动强度,有效提高了作业安全性。与传统回撤工艺相比,该支架组具有较好的节能环保效果与显著的经济效益。
In view of the requirements of withdrawing the end roadway's roof hydraulic support in fully mechanized working face, the stepped self-moving triangle area's shield support group was developed. The use results of Shendong Company showed that the mechanization of the end support was realized, the workers' labor intensity was sharply reduced,and the operational safety was effectively improved after adopting the stepped self-moving triangle area's shield support group. And Compared with the traditional withdraw technology, the support group has better effects of energy conservation and environmental protection and obvious economic benefits.
