This paper expounds the significance of oral English learning from the aspects of teaching goals, reader demands, library functions and audio-visual resources utilization, and probes into the preparatory works and concrete methods for carrying out the oral English learning through little English theater in order to make more use of audio-visual resources in university library and provide new space for the expansion of educational function of university library.
